STEP 1: Complete application form

Send supporting documents (including copies of your passport, academic qualifications and English test results) to The College or your representative. If your documentation shows a gap in your studies of more than nine months, you will also need to tell us what you did during that time (e.g. working or travelling).

STEP 2: Receive offer of admission

One of our friendly Admissions team will aim to email you with an offer within 5 to 7 working days.

STEP 3: Meet the conditions of your offer

If you have a Conditional Offer, you will need to meet the conditions which have been set out in your offer letter. These may include providing proof that you have obtained certain academic or English language level, or submitting a reference. Ensure you have read the conditions of your offer carefully and do ask us if you have any questions or concerns.

STEP 4: Accept the offer

Once you have met all the conditions of your offer you will be issued with an Unconditional Offer. Many congratulations! Now you can pay the course fee deposit indicated and return a completed Acceptance of Admission form to The College.

You can make a payment via bank transfer, international bank draft or debit/credit card or online.

STEP 5: Confirmation of Acceptance (CAS)

In order for Swansea University to issue you with your CAS and Swansea University ID, we will prepare all your pre-CAS documents including your Tier 4 Questionnaire, Reference and Admissions Tier 4 Declaration. Please note: Students under 18 will also be required to complete a Parent and Guardian consent form and provide a copy of their birth certificate.

Once everything has been received and checked, The College will send all your documents over to Swansea University. They will take up to 5 working days to release your  CAS that is required for your visa application once your place is fully confirmed. This will be emailed directly to you, so do ensure you check your emails regularly.

STEP 6: Arrange student accommodation in Swansea

The College can help organise suitable accommodation. Demand is often high so you should arrange accommodation as soon as possible.

STEP 7: Apply for your visa

Full details on the visa application process can be found here. If you have any queries about the visa application process or need to discuss your circumstances, we encourage you to contact the University's International@Campus Life team who are qualified to give visa advice.

STEP 8: Arrive in the UK

The College, upon request, can help arrange transport from the airport, and ensure your University accommodation is prepared. You should notify us of your arrival details, and any accommodation requests, so that arrangements can be made, contact email: the-college-accommodation@swansea.ac.uk
