About
Menna Brown is a Senior Lecturer at Swansea University Medical School (SUMS), she teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students across a range of programmes within the Medical School.
Menna has over 12 years’ experience in health and wellbeing research in a medical context and has worked extensively with staff and patients from across NHS Wales and the Wales Deanery to undertake qualitative research looking at health and wellbeing in a range of professional, public sector contexts.
Menna completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology and specialised in health psychology and health behaviour change at postgraduate level. She is currently in her final year as a PhD candidate in Medicine and Health Care at Swansea University Medical School. Her current research explores the role of emotional wellbeing in determining physical health outcomes in a digital health context.
