Ingrid Pritchard is an associate professor in the nursing department, who qualified as an adult nurse in 2000. Ingrid joined Swansea University in 2013 as a critical care lecturer and is currently the programme lead for the MSc in pre- registration nursing as well as module leader to several critical care modules.

Ingrid's clinical background included surgical, gynaecological, telemedicine and critical care nursing. Her specialist interests include critical care nursing, palliative and end of life care, ethics, medical law, human rights law and modern slavery.
