Career Highlights

Teaching Interests

Beth teaches mainly postgraduate classes and these are primarily registrants from the healthcare professions.  She regards them to be professional learners rather than students as they have so much to bring to the classroom as well as their gain from the classroom.

Healthcare research and evidence is a fast moving complex arena, which is a challenge for teachers in this field. It is also very difficult for staff to keep up with the ever changing knowledge.  They must keep motivated to be on top of these changes which is very challenging.  Beth’s main approach is to give key skills to these registrants to enable them to keep abreast of the innovations and new evidence as it arises.
