If you have questions or worries, please feel free to contact us via our new ICL Live Chat feature - simply click the link and one of our team will be happy to help. If you need advice that cannot be answered quickly, an Adviser may arrange a further meeting or chat with you via alternative means.
Live Chat is usually available at times designated below:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 13:00- 14:00
Thursday and Friday from 10:00 - 11:00
The team have taken the decision to temporarily suspend the Live Chat facility. We are currently receiving an extraordinary amount of communications and many students are using Live Chat to 'chase up' or ask the same questions that they have already posed to us via email. This is causing an unneccessary duplication of work which we are keen to avoid in order to ensure everyone is getting a response as quickly as possible and staff are not answering the same queries twice.
Please rest assured we really are answering emails as quickly as we can. Please avoid sending multiple comms about the same issues or to lots of different teams hoping to get answers quicker. The amount of additional emails this is creating across the University is mind boggling at the moment! Staff will answer everyone much quicker if there is just one clear line of enquiry for each student- we are sure you can appreciate the logic in that.
We hope very much to reopen the Live Chat as soon as possible and enormously appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this busy time. Thank you so very much!
If offline, please check our main International@CampusLife page for any service updates and alternative contact methods.
