Need some time for yourself? Feeling anxious, restless or fed up?

Our online meditation sessions are great for carving out some ‘me time’ in a hectic schedule or starting a daily meditation practice.

You can also join Mandy in person for these sessions. On Thursday Mandy will be leading the session from The Lighthouse on Singleton Campus.
