Applications that do not meet our eligibility criteria cannot be considered for an award.
An organisation or Society can only apply once a year for this grant.
Once we have received your application, together with any supporting documentation it will be assessed against the eligibility criteria. You will receive confirmation that the application has been received within 3 working days.
You will be notified of the outcome of your application via e mail.
We have a fixed amount of funding to allocate, therefore the number of applications that can be funded is limited.
The panel may request a visit to the applying organisation as part of their decision making process. This will be planned at a mutually convenient time.
Please note that if your application is successful, you will be required to confirm receipt of your grant.
Applications are accepted on the understanding that, if successful, organisations agree to publicity in any materials that Swansea University produces.
A short write up of the benefits received from the funding and some photographs will be requested as part of a successful bid.
It is a requirement of the grant that Swansea University and Campus Life are publicly acknowledged on any publicity about the grant and/or on any relevant materials that the organisation may produce in relation to the grant. Logos will be made available to successful applicants upon request.
