Efforts to combat the threat of Covid-19 have involved the entire Swansea University community. Our alumni are no exception. In fact, the support we have received from our former students has been humbling: hundreds of our student medics and nurses did not hesitate in their decision to fast track their graduation so that they could join NHS colleagues on the front line, whilst donations from our alumni have allowed our essential research not only to continue but flourish, even at this extraordinary time. Our alumni are essential to ensure the smooth running of the University, and we have never been more grateful for their continual support.
